OOAK American Girl Doll Custom Scarlett

Scarlett was inspired by Margaret Mitchell's novel "Gone with the Wind" and the 1939 film. She was created from a gently preloved Julie 18 inch AG doll. I have given her hand painted eyes in aqua blue tones. She has a complete face up using acrylics and soft pastels: feathered eyebrows, delicate eyelashes, blush, and shading. Although all artwork has been sealed, this doll should be handled gently.

Her curly black-brown wig is from a new American Girl Truly Me #67 doll. This wig has been permanently attached with waterproof craft contact adhesive. 

I have customized this doll in my smoke-free, pet-free studio. She has been thoroughly cleaned and restrung. There may be light marks/shines/rubs on the vinyl from handling. Scarlett will arrive in my handmade outfit shown and with her Artist's Certificate of Authenticity.
