Custom Halloween Witch American Girl Doll - Luna

Enchanting Luna was created from a new Summer American Girl doll. I have given her gentle hazel green eyes (from Lea)  and a complete face up using professional art materials. Her special features include feathered eyebrows, wispy eyelashes, facial contouring, sun-kissed cheeks, and soft rosy lips. Although all artwork has been sealed and has UV protection, this doll should be handled gently. Her ears are pierced for human-sized earrings.

Black/brown to light blonde tones were used in her luscious ombre wig, designed by DallasDollCo. This wig has been permanently attached with craft contact adhesive. The soft hair fibers are heat safe and tangle resistant. To maintain the style, mist with water, and gently finger brush.

Luna will arrive in her elegant rococo-style witch's ensemble, designed just for her. The gown has a fully-lined bodice, serged seams, and metal snap closure in back. Delicate cotton prints feature spooky Halloween motifs on a cream background bordered by a golden brown checkerboard fabric. A cream cotton petticoat adds volume to the gown's skirt and train. 

Other accessories include a necklace strung with silvery charcoal-colored glass beads, glistening spider earrings, and magical broom. Her beige witch's hat is embellished with black tulle, bittersweet satin ribbon, and sparkly bow with a gemstone black widow spider in the center. The black-as-night faux leather shoes, adorned with rhinestone buckles, complete her look. Luna's playful black and white kitten, Moonbeam, never leaves her side.

I have customized this doll in my smoke-free, pet-free studio. The zip tie at her neck has been replaced with a new neck string. There may be light marks/shines/rubs on the vinyl from handling during customization. Her Artist's Certificate of Authenticity is included.
