Custom 1930's American Girl Doll - Adelaide

One-of-a-kind Adelaide was created from a new Summer American Girl doll. I have given her Isabel's gorgeous green eyes and a complete face up using professional art materials. Her special features include feathered eyebrows, wispy eyelashes, facial contouring, a light sprinkling of freckles, blush, and lip shading. Although all artwork has been sealed and has UV protection, this doll should be handled gently. 

Her adorable curly blonde wig was designed by Bbeauty Dolls. It has been permanently attached with craft contact adhesive. The hair fibers are heat safe and tangle resistant. To maintain the style, mist with water and finger curl.

Adelaide will arrive in her handmade 1930's-inspired outfit, designed especially for her. This ensemble includes a crocheted green cloche and purse, cotton floral dress, stockings, and shoes. The dress is fully-lined and has metal snap closure. Blue and yellow paper roses adorn her collar. The pearl necklace closes with a magnetic clasp. 

I have customized this doll in my smoke-free, pet-free studio. I have replaced the zip tie at her neck with a new string. There may be light marks/shines/rubs on the vinyl from handling during customization. Her Artist's Certificate of Authenticity is included.
