Custom American Girl Doll - Penelope

Penelope was created from a gently preloved American Girl doll. I have given her Lila’s beautiful brown eyes and a complete face up using professional art materials. Her special features include feathered eyebrows, wispy eyelashes, facial contouring, blush, and lip shading. Although all artwork has been sealed and has UV protection, this doll should be handled gently. 

Her new dark brunette wig was designed by Bbeauty Dolls. It has been permanently attached with craft contact adhesive. The hair fibers are heat safe and tangle resistant.

Penelope  will arrive in her handmade Regency style outfit, designed especially for her. This ensemble includes lavender floral hair clips, embroidered gown and spencer with long train, which are lined and have metal snap closure. Also included are her white lace gloves, beaded reticule, pantaloons, stockings, and shoes. Her gorgeous crystal jewelry was created by talented Etsy artist: SataHaykushDesigns.

I have customized this doll in my smoke-free, pet-free studio. The zip tie at her neck was replaced with a new string. There are light marks/shines/rubs on the vinyl from handling. Her Artist's Certificate of Authenticity is included.
